My name is Kathrin Behme and I am really glad that you found your way to this website. In July 2019 I became self-employed with the topics that are really important to me. My main motivation in going forward is to leave a better world to future generations than the one I am finding today. In my own life, I experienced that the formats of coaching, moderation and training with all their related methods and topics can make a difference in people’s life and therefore play a part in creating this better world.

For keeping a high level of professionalism, a wide-ranging and continuing further education are important to me. According to the Gallup StrengthsFinder one of my main strengths is learning – that strength I follow and live out since many years.

The social skills for my work come to me naturally ('got luck with that ;-) ) – the professional skills I have acquired over the past years through a variety of further trainings and my work experience in different companies:
